Dota MTG Cards part 16

Big update today including several new cards putting the count up to 170 now.
Finally made cards for the new Heroes (though they aren't that new any more).
Unfortunately I couldn't decide what to do with Slark so I made 2 cards for him.
Also finished Rexxar and Mangix's abilities along with the cards they summon, though I wish I could reduce the text on panda a bit......
